B&B Hotels Berlin City-Ost (Friedrichshain district) we are looking for:


Receptionists (m/f/d) for early and late shifts

Your tasks:

  • Support in breakfast service
  • HACCP controls / implementation and monitoring of hygiene regulations
  • Spot checks in housekeeping
  • Check in
  • Cash management
  • Guest service
  • Acceptance and processing of reservations (individual and group)
  • Email processing
  • And everything else that comes with a hotel routine...

We expect:

  • Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or motivated career changers with customer experience

German language skills in speaking and writing
-
Good knowledge of English, additional foreign languages are an advantage

  • Experience with hotel software desirable
  • Neat appearance
