YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Branch Manager (m/f/d) of our location, you will be the main point of contact for both our candidates and client companies, providing advice and support with our personnel services - with the goal of satisfying all parties involved.

You will recruit candidates through various channels and advise and guide them on their path to a new position and potentially beyond.
You will lead and supervise your employees in project assignments and are responsible for scheduling.
You will reliably support your existing clients and impress them with tailored candidate proposals and service offerings.
You will acquire new clients and convince them of our customized personnel solutions.
You are responsible for setting goals and budgets for your branch and develop measures to achieve them in coordination with your regional manager.
You lead and motivate your internal team.
