We are currently representing a top consulting firm with a proven track record in Structural and Civil Engineering, specializing in Data Centers and Logistics. They are seeking a Civil Engineer - Drainage to join their expanding team in Frankfurt, Germany. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career growth.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct hydraulic calculations using German standards and software for surface water drainage
Specify products such as drain types, ACO channels, and attenuation crates
Understand pavement design according to German standards, including pavement and road build-ups, frost depths, material specifications, and compaction values Ev1 Ev2
Experience with "Mulden und Rigolen Systeme" for designing attenuation basins/ponds and swales
Proficiency in Civil 3D to coordinate site levels with the site drainage system (training can be provided by Pinnacle)
Ability to review drainage designs and calculations, provide QA comments and markups for junior staff and drafting team
Familiarity with procedures for drainage connection applications and municipality liaison
Ability to present designs to client team and address any next steps, value engineering, or design issues that require further checks/coordination
