Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will provide international remote IT support for our clinical software for multiple departments at Siemens Healthineers, ensuring fast and high-quality support for our customers
  • You will work efficiently in a local and virtual support team responsible for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions, primarily during regular office hours but also on call
  • You will coordinate and organize support activities with internal and external partners to ensure smooth clinical operations for our customers
  • You will configure, maintain, and implement IT interfaces to other systems for our customers

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in computer science or electrical engineering with a strong focus on IT
  • You have gained practical experience in IT support through a first job, student job, or internships
  • Don't have a degree? We also welcome applicants with vocational training and additional qualifications, as well as extensive professional experience in this field
  • You are familiar with virtualized IT systems (VMWare, Microsoft), SQL databases, networking, scripting, and server hardware, and ideally have basic experience with Linux and Oracle
  • You have basic experience with ITIL processes, specifically incident and change
