Service Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting profitability analyses in the service sector, such as post-calculation of service contracts, price calculation for spare parts, and automation of billing
  • Establishing and monitoring controlling processes for the mentioned area
  • Managing the budget process
  • Participating in process and weak point analyses
  • Creating revenue and cost center reports for the service department
  • Analyzing and evaluating processes in productive and administrative areas
  • Supporting the implementation of new IT-supported processes

Your profile

  • Completed degree (e.g. in business administration, computer science) or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in controlling or process management
  • Basic understanding of source code, batch and SQL programming, and Microsoft Power Fx programming
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Team spirit, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and independent action
  • High customer and service orientation
