    Job Description
    As a Nurse Practitioner at Health 210, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Conducting patient assessments and physical examinations.
    • Diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions.
    • Developing and implementing patient care plans.
    • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
    • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
    • Educating patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
    • M-F clinic hours. No weekends or after hours responsibility.

    Qualifications:
    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
    • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
    • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
    • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, etc.)
    • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered care
