    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at CAREFRONT MEDICAL GROUP, PLLC located in San Antonio, TX. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing direct patient care, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. The Nurse Practitioner will also be responsible for providing patient education, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventive healthcare.

    Qualifications
    • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
    • Master's degree in Nursing
    • Experience in a primary care or family practice setting
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
    • Knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
    • Current CPR certification
    • Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations is a plus
