- Extension IPM Program - Based out of the NCREC, scouts will serve eight north central North Dakota counties. Scouts will help monitor disease, weed and insect impacts in major area crops. Training in insect and plant disease detection will be offered at the end of May, prior to scouting. Collection of plant, soil, or insect samples may be required for further processing.
