YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will maintain all ITsupported devices, reaching out to thirdparty vendors when necessary
  • You will provide initial guidance and basic training to staff on equipment and software used mission wide.
  • You will resolve tickets representing staff, interns, volunteer, and clientgenerated technical requests or problems and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
  • You will configure technology systems including but not limited to computers, network printers, VoIP phones, cameras, wireless networking equipment, teleconference equipment, and other hardware and software system
  • You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle

Requirements:


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree in ITrelated field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer hardware, software installations and troubleshooting
  • Ability to focus and followthrough to the resolution of issues
  • Good organizational skills required, with strict attention to detail
  • A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
