YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

You will maintain all ITsupported devices, reaching out to thirdparty vendors when necessary
You will provide initial guidance and basic training to staff on equipment and software used mission wide.
You will resolve tickets representing staff, interns, volunteer, and clientgenerated technical requests or problems and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
You will configure technology systems including but not limited to computers, network printers, VoIP phones, cameras, wireless networking equipment, teleconference equipment, and other hardware and software system
You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle

Requirements:

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

High School Diploma required; Associates degree in ITrelated field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer hardware, software installations and troubleshooting
Ability to focus and followthrough to the resolution of issues
Good organizational skills required, with strict attention to detail
A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
