System Administrator Team Leader - M365 Expert (m/f/d) in Darmstadt

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced system administrator to lead our team in Darmstadt. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve our IT systems and lead the transition to Microsoft 365. Your responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the system administration team
• Responsible for developing and implementing processes in IT operations
• Ensuring daily operations and updating hardware and software
• Expanding and redesigning cloud-based services and managing IT projects
• Managing the Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environment
• Developing the existing infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

What you bring:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification with several years of professional and leadership experience
• Experience in organizational and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good knowledge of English
