Remote/Hybrid in Columbus/Dayton, OH and Fort Wayne, IN area.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure company meets hiring targets to sustain truck capacity.
- Conduct thorough applicant sourcing, interviewing, and vetting.
- Stay updated on transportation laws, DOT regulations, and hiring standards.
- Provide comprehensive information on company operations, benefits, and compensation to potential hires.
- Manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with positivity and patience.
- Collaborate in a team to enhance performance continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS
- One year recruiting experience
- Experience with Tenstreet
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, TRAITS
- Familiar with Tenstreet
- Experience with high volume of phone calls.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, & LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
