    Description


    Job DescriptionOur industry-leading healthcare/insurance client is seeking a mid to senior level business analyst with 5+ years of experience preferred.

    This role is 100% remote and has the potential to convert to a full-time role. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

    Key Technical Skills:
    Strong understanding of distribution channels and payment systems in healthcare/insurance or sales (B2B/B2C)

    Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Experience with system and policy modifications, developing new systems of record Knowledge of commission systems and agent/record project management Analytical skills with a natural curiosity to identify connections and improvements Key Responsibilities:
    Structure and optimize agent and broker assignment processes for individuals and families Lead policy and system changes, developing new systems of record and ensuring data availability Translate business requirements to the IT team and own broker data management Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency within the team Work closely with the strategy team to understand and implement the company's vision Participate in the development and sign-off of user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals

    Soft Skills:

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness Natural curiosity and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.

    The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

    W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits:

    medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
