- Oversee the Third Party Administrator (TPA) responsible for maintaining the firm's books, ensuring the timely completion of quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage quarterly reporting for the fund entity, including collecting and reviewing investment valuations and overseeing the preparation of financial statements.
- Handle quarterly reporting for separately managed family accounts, including rebalancing and performance analysis.
- Update and maintain presentation materials for limited partners and manage monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with audit and tax service providers to ensure compliance with all tax filings and audit processes, both foreign and domestic.
- Provide administrative support related to entity maintenance, bill-pay, invoicing, capital call commitments, and distributions.
- Support investment activities, including participating in the NDA process, evaluating investment opportunities, and contributing to due diligence and portfolio monitoring.
- Education: CPA certification required.
- Experience: 3-5 years in accounting, with preference given to candidates with experience in tax, fund accounting, or family office settings.
- Skills: Strong capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, and using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with private equity, investment management, and international tax issues is preferred.
