The Faculty of Tourism is currently seeking to fill the position of:

Faculty Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Press and public relations
Editing of the faculty magazine "Tourism Management Passport"
Maintenance and editing of the faculty website
Support of the faculty in various administrative tasks such as master processes, application processes, project work, etc.
Participation in the strategic development of the faculty and the further development of the study programs

Your profile:

Successfully completed bachelor's or diploma degree with a predominantly humanities, social sciences, or business focus
Service orientation, enjoyment of interaction and collaboration with people
Ideally, professional experience in public relations as well as a high level of initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
High social competence, communication and cooperation skills, as well as organizational skills
Proficient in English and experienced in working with relevant information technology (MS Office, web design, editorial systems, databases)
