We are looking for an Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) for our existing customers in the branches of Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden (in Dresden).

You are an expert in insurance matters and take care of our customers' concerns, supporting us in continuously improving our service.

You will assist us in the agency in the care of our existing customers and act as a contact person in fixed branches of Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden (in Dresden).

The position is full-time (part-time from 30 hours/week possible) and permanent.

Your tasks:

  • Advising our insurance customers as a specialist in the field of private retirement and risk provision in the branches of the Sparkasse
  • Conducting financial analyses for individual needs in property and asset protection and designing customerspecific solutions and offers
  • Care and advice for existing customers
