We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of room for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Handwrite personalized thank you cards to referrals
- Generate productions and reports, identifying potential sales opportunities for followup
- Encourage clients to leave Google reviews
- Follow up on claims and assist with marketing efforts
- Coordinate participation in local events
- Assist in setting up events
- Send onboarding texts to welcome new clients
- Perform additional assistant tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms is helpful
- Must be comfortable working in an office environment; potential for hybrid work arrangements
