YOUR ROLE

  • The CEVA Security Intelligence Operations Center (SIOC) Security Operations Manager (SOM) provides leadership and oversight to SIOC personnel in a 24/7/365 environment to manage global security operations risk through multiple enterprise level programs and lead through organizational crisis and critical incidents.
  • You will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a SIOC team, including SIOC Analysts through strategic, technical, and operational objectives. The Security Operations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with the other CEVA stakeholders and contributing to the CEVA GSOC industry best practice standards consistent with a bestinclass security and intelligence operations center. The SIOC Security Operations Manager will work with the CEVA and CGM CMA Leadership Teams to prepare for, respond to, and recover from all critical incidents and crisis globally that may impact the organization.
  • This role will be instrumental in driving technical and procedural solutions for the SIOC that are thoughtful, innovative, and contribute to the safety and security of CEVA associates, locations and reputation throughout the world.
  • WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Lead a standardized corporatelevel strategic planning process for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprisewide Critical Incident Communications, Strategic Intelligence, Emergency Management, and Security Technology for the Security Organization.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with strategic partners in law enforcement and intelligence, regulatory agencies, security entities, technology vendors and partners at CEVA Global Head Office (GHO) and CMA CGM Global Head Office (GHO).
  • Collaborate with Security Leadership and Executive Staff to the drive longterm strategy and vision of the SIOC, proposing new opportunities to improve security deliverables, facilitate change management, and guide the process to obtain support and partnerships from key stakeholders.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and train personnel to continually sustain a highly qualified and highperforming team. Manage and engage personnel through motivation and encouragement to develop elevated level performance while adapting to the demands of a Fortune 500 company
in a fast-paced environment and at times stressful environment.

  • Drive accountability of the SIOC team through identified and meaningful Key Performance Indicators and track performance through metrics.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as requested.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Bachelor's Degree in intelligence studies, political science, national security, criminal justice, international studies or related field, or equivalent experience.


  • Five (5) years of prior relevant experience.
  • Personnel leadership/management experience.

PREFERRED:


  • Previous investigative experience with law enforcement and/or Fusion Center environment.
  • Previous experience working knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.
  • Previous experience developing policies, procedures and protocols for standardization and governance.
  • Advanced experience working in the field of Operations/Crisis Centers, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Military, or similar position.
