We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer service team and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

You will assist with various tasks, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Sales experience or ability to up sell products is preferred but not required

From $38,656.00 per year
