As a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d), you will become part of our dynamic team in the People & Culture department at our Flensburg location. Together with four other recruiter colleagues, you will work to attract the best talent for our company. Each of your colleagues will be responsible for one of the aforementioned areas as well as the IT department.

Your tasks:

Your main task will be to manage selected open positions from all three areas and from all locations within the group, developing an effective search strategy specifically for these positions. This can range from active sourcing to social media recruiting campaigns. However, since some of our target groups are not exclusively active online, creative offline measures are also required, such as flyer campaigns.

Once applications are received, the selection interviews will be conducted by the hiring managers at the respective locations. Therefore, you should have a solid understanding of recruiting KPIs and be able to interpret them, as our dashboard provides a wealth of relevant information.
