_Gage Marine represents a family of tradition and nautical business interests in lakeside dining, cruise boat excursions, retail boat sales, valet, service, boat club, pier service, storage, and recreation throughout Southern Wisconsin and the Great Lakes area. The Boat Yard Office Administrator position is a multifaceted position responsible for the customer experience in all aspects of the Marine Division._

- Data Entry and Accuracy Audits
MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial
- Work in process
- Accounts Receivable
- Billing to goals
- Reconcile daily transactions
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports to managers:
- Collaboration with team to ensure proper coding and documentation of expenses
- Customer Service
- Administrative work, inclusive of scanning, filing, light payroll duties, greeting customers and answering phone calls
- Performs other related duties as required
- Backup service writer and title clerk
- Maintain an orderly filing system
- Various special projects
- Uses and updates Standard operating procedures with any changes
- Great attitude, accuracy, thoroughness, and proactive effort toward anything else asked to do
- Boat Sales
- Administrative Assistant
- Serialized Inventory Unit Entry
- Contract Deposits & Maintenance
- Process title and registration paperwork
- Warranty Registrations
- Accounts Receivable
- Process Payments, Batches, and Point of Sale Transactions
- Customer Billing
- Mid and Month End internal billing
- Annually set up internal work orders
- End of Month Statement Management including all locations and warranty accounts
- Ensure that all accounts receivable are collected promptly
- Maintain/update customer payment methods
- Document Customer Contact
- Inventory
- Month End Assistance with
Inventory Reconciliation:
Boat Sales, Lifts, Parts, etc
- Ensure regular cycle counts are conducted, addressing deficiencies with the Service and Parts Manager
- Ensure annual full inventory count with the Service and Parts Manager, addressing deficiencies and making adjustments
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-Time hours/week)
- 23 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Be teamoriented, selfmotivated, and processdriven
- Customer service or salesrelated background preferable
- Have a valid state driver's license
- Ability to pass a preemployment background/drug screen
