As a Solar Canvasser, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission, initiating contact with decision-makers and guiding them through the innovative services and life-changing benefits of solar energy.

You'll schedule sales appointments for homeowners, paving the way for a sustainable future.


Role Overview:


  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and doortodoor canvassing.
  • You will focus solely on setting appointments and will not be responsible for closing deals or managing projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess energy needs and recommend the best solar solutions for homes or businesses.
  • Educate customers on the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely followups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and incentives to provide superior service and maintain competitiveness.
  • Participate in trade shows, community events, and seminars to promote solar energy and raise awareness.

Compensation:


  • Commission-Based + Bonuses
  • Average earnings for renewable energy consultants range from $80K$200K+ per year.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in doortodoor sales or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection, persistent in pursuing leads, and overcoming obstacles to achieve results.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for doortodoor activities.
