    About the job Logistics Coordinator
    • International OperationsJoin our dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator specializing in Import and Export Operations.

    Client Services: Provide top-notch service to our clients through efficient and courteous communication, ensuring their needs are met promptly


    Shipment Coordination:

    Take charge of setting up and amending shipments, catering to client directives across various modes including air, sea, and land


    Quote Requests:

    Source competitive and innovative pricing solutions to meet unique client requirements


    Document Management:

    Be the master of import and export documentation, ensuring everything is in order


    Tracking Updates:

    Keep clients informed with timely tracking updates using our advanced Aerotrac system


    Data Management:

    Generate reports and provide clients with specific data upon request, fostering strong relationships


    Operations Requirements:


    • Gather all necessary details for shipments/quotes, evaluating factors to satisfy client requests.
    • Prioritize actions based on critical timing for successful shipment coordination.
    • Negotiate with vendors for spot or preferred contract pricing.
    • Diligently track shipments, rectify deviations, and ensure accurate cost management.

    Job Qualifications and Skills:
    High school diploma required; 2-3 years of experience preferred but not mandatory.
    Clear TSA background and drug screening.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    Organizational wizardry with a keen eye for detail.
    Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Problem-solving prowess and the ability to thrive under pressure.
    Thrives in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
