A Day in the Life of our Marketing Director...

The marketing director starts their day with a virtual team meeting to discuss ongoing projects, provide updates, and assign tasks.

They ensure that everyone is aligned to overall marketing goals and objectives. They encourage creativity and innovation, solicit input and ensure that all ideas align with the company's goals.

Over their second cup of coffee, they analyze budgetary allocations, track expenditures, and collaborate with the operations & finance team to prepare reports on marketing expenses and performance metrics.

After some discussion over lunch with their team, they jump into a meeting with our external agency partners to review ongoing campaigns or upcoming projects.

They provide feedback, negotiate contracts, and ensure that the vendors are aligned with dates and outcomes.

Then they conduct a performance review of recent marketing campaigns, reviewing metrics to assess the effectiveness of different marketing channels.

They identify areas of improvement and begin developing strategies to optimize future campaigns.

They take a few minutes to block out time on their calendar to review and approve marketing materials, such as advertisements, website content, or social media posts.

They'll ensure that the messaging is consistent with the brand's voice and aligns with the overall marketing
