Job Title:
Senior Account Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Specializing in the chemical industry, with 8090% of workload dedicated to account engineering
  • Includes 1020% of project/consulting work per year
  • Fulltime (100%) dedication to account engineering is also possible


Requirements:

  • Solid experience in loss prevention engineering for chemical risks
  • Previous experience in account engineering (loss prevention) for clients in the chemical and similar industries
  • Knowledge of PSM and dust explosion hazards
  • Located in Germany or nearby and fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with internal and external clients

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as metalworking/heavy industry, pulp and paper, power generation, mining, food/beverage, and grains
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external clients
  • Client satisfaction driven

Primary Objectives:

  • Ensure client expectations are met and identify potential account growth opportunities for the Account Manager
  • Maintain client satisfaction and retention
  • Timely delivery of highquality services
  • Optimal balance between client satisfaction and account profitability
  • Add value to client's loss prevention engineering program

Account Growth:

  • Promote expansion of program and additional service sales
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client
