Physical Therapist Assistant


Rehab Specialists is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team Rehab Specialists Inc welcomes you for an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We have 4 clinics located in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Encino, and Marina Del Rey and are hiring for all locations.

We specialize in a variety of areas, including orthopedic, chronic pain, breast cancer, lymphedema, pelvic health, and aquatic therapy.


Requirements:


  • Assist in the evaluation of patients by gathering information about their medical history, current condition, and functional limitations.
  • Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's goals, diagnosis, and assessment results.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Follow legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited PTA program
  • Current California Physical Therapist license OR License eligibility letter prior to first day of employment.
  • Ability to multitask in a highpressure environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, patient families and staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
