Legacy Emanuel Medical Center is an ACS Verified Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma Center that admits about 2700 patients per year.
Legacy Emanuel also has a busy ECMO service with an established pathway for the interested candidate to become credentialed to provide ECMO services, though this is not required.
The trauma service has 24/7 surgical resident and APP coverage. Teaching and research opportunities are abundant.Candidates must be BC/BE in General surgery and have completed a Surgical Critical Care fellowship. All experience levels will be considered.
