As part of our IT Services team in Essen, Dortmund, Stuttgart, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, and Munich, you will organize DATEV and its use for the business.

In doing so, you will take on a variety of tasks:


  • Support in problemsolving in the DATEV environment (both technically and functionally)
  • Documentation of processing and solution paths to increase service quality
  • Processing and classification of support requests, analysis of errors, and development of solutions for problems in close collaboration with the team
  • Preparation and execution of user training
  • Optimization of the DATEV environment and existing processes, as well as support for the implementation of new topics

What you bring - Skills that shape the future

  • Successfully completed training, such as tax clerk or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in the DATEV environment and knowledge in the IT field are desirable
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), networked PC environments, and remote access (WLAN, DSL), as well as ideally in complex printing and fax environments
  • Experience with service management systems such as ServiceNow
  • Good German and English skills, as well as teamwork, friendly and customeroriented demeanor
