Your tasks:- As an important interface to our customers, you significantly contribute to their satisfaction and inspire them with new products and services
- You are also responsible for the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, as well as actively managing customer service and quality assurance
- You will learn to develop and implement strategies for acquiring, managing, and retaining customers
- Even in difficult situations and when handling complaints, you maintain an overview and impress with your strong service orientation

- A good secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
