Your tasks:
  • As an important interface to our customers, you significantly contribute to their satisfaction and inspire them with new products and services
  • You are also responsible for the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings, as well as actively managing customer service and quality assurance
  • You will learn to develop and implement strategies for acquiring, managing, and retaining customers
  • Even in difficult situations and when handling complaints, you maintain an overview and impress with your strong service orientation
  • In addition, you will gain insights into our other commercial departments, such as accounting or human resources
Requirements:
  • A good secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Interest in regular customer contact
  • You have a natural talent for expressing yourself well
  • Enjoy working in a team and have a desire to interact with people
