What you can contribute:

As a working student, you will support the Fleet team with all tasks related to the Heraeus vehicle fleet.
Processing incoming mail and traffic violation notices is an important part of your work.
You will also communicate with car dealerships and leasing companies.
You will be responsible for the preparation and followup of vehicle handovers, manage fuel cards, and coordinate driver's license checks and training for the entire Heraeus group.
You will assist the team with maintaining vehicle and user data, help with creating evaluations, and support the implementation of a new database.
You will participate in revising existing processes, establishing new tools, and implementing new ideas, contributing to further development.
