Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals.


Duties:

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters
• Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities
• Develop and execute public relations campaigns to raise awareness and attract donors
• Write compelling grant proposals and fundraising appeals
• Collaborate with the team to create strategic fundraising plans
• Utilize fundraising platforms such as Raiser's Edge and databases to manage donor information
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and sponsors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
• Strong relationship management skills
• Knowledge of grant writing and strategic planning
• Familiarity with fundraising software and databases
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
