    General Summary

    • Lead and oversee a wide range of Quality programs according to Campbell's Snack Quality Policies and Campbell's Enterprise Quality Policies.
    • Manage specific compliance, process, and consumer quality responsibilities.
    • Establish and maintain a matrix relationship with the Plant Manager to advocate for Quality strategies alignment, Quality annual objectives, and plant project plans.
    • Coordinate and implement Quality Assurance programs across the site and functional areas, promoting quality best practices to plant leadership.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Develop, drive, and enhance a comprehensive quality program aligned with Campbell's Snack QPM and CSC Enterprise American Quality Policies (Compliance Quality).
    • Utilize Continuous Improvement to lead process improvement initiatives through staff, workgroup, Campbell's Snack Quality staff, and R&D (Process/Food Quality).
    • Oversee and drive Consumer Complaint programs, initiatives, and models for consumer satisfaction in each business.
    • Establish department and team goals, objectives, individual development plans, and provide coaching support.
    • Support Campbell's Ways of Working (CWOW) initiatives focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Performance, and Cost.

    Job Complexity / Scope

    • Part of the Plant Leadership Team driving and facilitating change management.
    • Address new or modified regulations on specifications, procedures, quality, and their implications on various finished products.
    • Troubleshoot quality issues across different supply chains for ingredients, packaging, materials, and finished products supplied.
    • Exhibit expert decision-making quality in Food Safety, Regulatory, and Quality Systems, and their application in food processing.
    • Execute effectively against requirements using knowledge of Quality Standards and Policies.
    • Implement industry Food Safety/Quality audit practices, adapting to achieve best practices.
    • Collaborate with other business units to develop and standardize Quality manuals, policies, procedures, data templates, audit standards, and Quality KPIs.
    • Ensure plant personnel are proficient in handling non-routine quality system issues, conducting investigations, documenting, and resolving issues.
    • Drive organizational alignment on Quality objectives with an enterprise-wide mindset, adjusting structure, processes, and systems to meet objectives.
    • Influence the development steps in the Innovation and Commercialization process to enhance consumer safety and quality objectives.
    • Collaborate on quality programs and enhance consumer-based specifications.
    • Manage, coach, and develop individuals, talent, and skills essential for the job.
    • Demonstrate and execute the Campbell leadership model behaviors of Inspire Trust, Create Direction, Drive Decision Making, Build Talent & Culture, execute with Excellence, and Own the Results.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • 5+ years of quality plant/systems experience in the manufacturing industry with proven success in Quality Leadership.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or a related technical field.
    • PCQI, HACCP, SQF certified.
    • Extensive knowledge in Sanitation, GMP Practices, Pest Control programs, and Statistical Process Control.
    • Demonstrated record of leadership and success in developing, documenting, planning, and continuous improvement of quality systems.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The target base salary range for this full-time position is between $85,900 and $140,800. Actual compensation is influenced by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and education or training. Total pay may include additional forms of compensation. Additionally, we provide competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits from day one of employment.
