Role Description:
An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned and adept candidate to become part of the dynamic Private Equity BPA team.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of orchestrating business support, overseeing system upgrades, and spearheading development for the Investran application.
Your responsibilities extend to efficiently handling small changes and major capital projects for the Private Equity business, while also leading the implementation of cutting-edge technology.
Your pivotal role includes both the development and support of Investran, along with its associated applications within the Private Equity business unit.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Provide 1st level Production Support for Investran and its ancillary applications, by providing timely resolution for functional and technical queries raised by Private Equity business.
Interact and liaise with internal technology teams and external vendors (FIS) to resolve functional & technical queries effectively.Analyze operational procedures and processes, collaborating with the Private Equity operations team to identify areas for automation, aiming to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
Collaborates, elicit, analyze, outline and develop requirements for dockets and small changes, coordinating with business and technology teams.Utilize project management tools and techniques when working on docket or project initiatives.
Formulate application testing strategies and test plans, execute test cases, and review results for SunGard Investran and all its ancillary applications.
Report and troubleshoot defects.Develop as a functional Subject Matter Expert for Private Equity operations and the Investran platform. Document and build a knowledge base while cross-training team members.
Provide support for new business onboarding and contribute to the growth within the existing client base.
Collaborate closely with regional functional managers in various processes and projects to ensure effective communication and smooth implementation.
Act as a Change Advocate, establishing trust within the corresponding business team and generate enthusiasm. Collaborate closely with business partners and clients to provide consultative-level support.
Utilize Tableau, Alteryx, and other tools to streamline work processes and provided insightful analytics.
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
A good understanding of the FIS Investran platform along with Private Equity Business knowledge is highly desirable. Ideal candidates should possess L1/L2 support experience on Investran.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or a strong operational background in private equity, is highly desirable.
A self-starter with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong IT and systems skills required and an ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively with business partners and clients.
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or other Private Equity tools.
Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.

Experience:
A College or University degree and relevant proven work experience is required. IIBA Certification is advantageous.
