    About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about social media marketing and have a proven track record of driving results, we want to hear from you. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective social media strategies for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate to develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with their business goals.

    Analyze social media performance data and metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

    Conduct regular meetings to discuss strategy updates, performance reports, and recommendations for improvement.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes, adapting strategies accordingly.

    Lead the development of creative and engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.

    Oversee the management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring they are operating at peak performance.

    Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of social media marketing specialists, fostering their growth and development.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and analytics, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

    Manage social media advertising budgets, optimizing spend and tracking expenses.

    Install and set up Facebook Pixel to track and optimize campaigns.

    Implement proper UTM tagging for campaign links to track traffic sources and performance.

    Keep abreast of emerging social media platforms and opportunities, evaluating their potential for client campaigns.

    Continuously assess and refine social media strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.

    Training and delegate work to team members working within the social media department.

    Requirements:

    Requirements

    3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their algorithms.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

    Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content.

    Strong project management and organizational skills.

    A passion for staying at the forefront of digital marketing trends and innovations.

    Patient, able to train and delegate tasks.
