Weekly working hours: 39 hours per week

This position is temporary due to a medical leave replacement.

The place of work is Langenfeld.

Your responsibilities:

You independently advise and support a fixed customer base and closely collaborate with your team. Additionally, you process applications for job application costs and document appointments, consultations, and results.
As a personal contact, you support employable individuals in their search for sustainable employment and in overcoming existing barriers.
For this purpose, you create an individual integration plan with your clients, continuously update it, and adjust it as needed.
You supervise and coordinate measures for further education and training to facilitate integration into the job market and are responsible for quality assurance.
You work closely with internal departments (e.g. the benefits department) and external organizations (e.g. youth and social welfare agencies or counseling centers) in a large network.
