As a Warehouse Clamp Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of clamp trucks and other related equipment to move, locate, and relocate products within our warehouse.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate clamp truck and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange products within the warehouse
- Safely and accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to the product or equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of the clamp trucks and report any maintenance or repair needs to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clear and accurate records of inventory movements, ensuring proper documentation is completed
- Assist with general warehouse duties, such as receiving, stocking, and organizing materials as needed
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Clamp Truck Operator or similar role
- Solid knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations and processes
- Proficient in operating different types of clamp trucks and other material handling equipment
- Ability to safely lift heavy items and perform physical tasks during work
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and overtime if necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Travel:
- As necessary
