Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred
• Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
• Respond to emergency situations under any adverse working conditions, and make informed and accurate decisions.
• Identify and report unusual or hazardous situations to management to preserve the structural integrity of the building.
• Maintain building interior by painting, cleaning and performing other necessary upkeep duties as scheduled.
• Respond to complaints in a professional manner as appropriate.
• Monitor maintenance/repair related supplies and report needs to management.
• Follow job related safety regulations as prescribed by training guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Billingual

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
