Commercial landscape company seeking to hire an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership abilities to manage 2 or more team members effectively on commercial properties.

• Report to work on time and ready
• You will be responsible for leading a small team efficiently, ensuring safety, and delivering quality results
• Work with and maintain a variety of commercial equipment
• Manage crew members and complete work standards efficiently
• Effectively train crew members on equipment operation, field task, safety and job processing
• You will have the opportunity to lead routine projects and manage task with precision
• Pay attention to detail and respond quickly to problems
• Maintain a safe working environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Driver's License with clean MVR
• Self motivated and ready to work
• At least (2) years experience operate various size mower decks and brands, string trim, edging, shrub trimmers, and backpack blowers and other related industry equipment
• At least (2) years experience in commercial landscape maintenance
• At least (2) years of supervisory experience
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs
• Ability to organize work, train others and complete quality work
• Willingness and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Have your OWN transportation
• Must be responsible and accountable
