- Develop, track, and report department metrics
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments
- Coordinate and conduct sales planning
- Coordinate and conduct sales audit activities for IATF 16949
- Coordinate and conduct inquiry and quotation processing
- Coordinate and conduct order processing and management
- Coordinate and conduct master data management and creation
- Serve as the point of contact for internal customs matters and interface with external customs representative
- Maintain and document internal work and organizational instructions for "Preferences"
- Monitor and control preference calculation in SAP / origin rules in customs traffic
- Serve as the contact for tax law in trade
- Develop and implement concepts for process optimization
- Participate in international projects (project organization, controlling, documentation)
- Coordinate and conduct account reconciliation
- Serve as a key user for SAP SD
- Serve as a key user for Power BI
