Please note we are a wholesale real estate company looking for multiple acquisitions sales representatives.The Services We Provide:

We are looking for someone that is highly motivated and experienced in identifying, approaching, pitching and prospecting clients with our services.
You will be responsible for full lifecycle sales efforts, from Identifying potential clients to the initial call through contract execution.
We are looking for someone with Outsourcing industry knowledge, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to start, develop, and nurture relationships.
Payout Structure:
There is a base pay of $30,000 per year, paid weekly at $576.92 plus commission. With the current KPIs and commission structure the compensation is over $145,000 and uncapped.
This is to be discussed further at length during the interview scheduling process or the initial interview or during the phone screening.
Commission is paid out on successful client that close.Key Strategic Objectives:
- Generate leads through professional networking, cold calling techniques and using social media and recruitment sites
- Must have CRM Knowledge and can manage a pipeline of business
- Initiate and build prospect relationships
- Ability to understand the unique needs and/or pain points of the potential client and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Coordinate and schedule online and onsite meetings of key decisionmakers
- Develop prospect account strategy and plan
- Track record demonstrating strong "closing" skills and revenue growth
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Travel for inperson meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships (If need be)
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ year B2B sales experience; proven ability to identify and develop new business with prospects and existing accounts, build/maintain relationships with the decisionmakers
- Experience in selling platforms and services.
- Demonstrated record of success at both large, complex organizations and in midsized environments is a plus.
- Experience in using CRM system to manage customer lifecycle.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
