Back Office Employee (m/f/d) - Full-time |:

Your responsibilities:


  • You will review deposit receipts and send customer reports.
  • You will process counterfeit money.
  • You will handle inquiries from our customers and customer service independently.
  • You will be responsible for reconciling customer and companyowned pool inventories.
  • You will manage checks.
  • You will perform daily checks and reconciliations of accounts through booking controls and balance analyses.
  • You will book customer revenues using customerowned booking terminals.
  • You will handle customer complaints.

Your profile:


  • You have a commercial vocational training.
  • You have a clean record (police clearance certificate, credit report for consumers).
  • You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as a good understanding of numbers.
