- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide expert technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in turbomachinery projects including design, analysis, unit assembly, test and data processing
- Strong knowledge of turbomachinery design principles, and techniques
- Experience in project management, including defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and timelines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation
- Strong management operating system that facilitates communication.
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Business acumen, knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage complex turbomachinery projects such as Air Cycle Machines, Air Foil Bearings, Liquid Cooling systems, Turbine Power Systems, Compressors and Fans which meet customer and internal requirements.
