Nurse Practitioner Benefits:

Annual Continuing Medical Education Expense:
$2,500

REQUIREMENTS for Nurse Practitioner:


  • CA Nurse Practitioner license
  • Experience in elderly care, 1 year experience as a nurse practitioner in a geriatric setting/ working with the frail or elderly is required.
  • Current active DEA license

Essential Functions:


  • Conducts physical exams, diagnostic tests, blood draws, EKGs, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions.
  • Assesses patients' conditions, formulates treatment plans including prescriptions, and provides ongoing followup.
  • Educates staff, participants, and caregivers on healthcare issues and treatments.
  • Manages acute and longterm medical needs in collaboration with other providers, covering care in various settings including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
  • Provides emotional and spiritual support, manages medical emergencies, and ensures timely, compliant documentation in medical records.

$140, $170,000.00 per year
