Our team of passionate farmers, agronomists and engineers is focused on developing new agricultural tools and technologies to maximize yields for farmers.

We are seeking a Warehouse Driver/Material Handler to join our production team to safely and efficiently move materials within our warehouse and between multiple warehouse locations.

This position will work closely with the production team to ensure that materials are properly stored, organized, and available for use in production areas.

• Unload inbound materials in the warehouse, verify quantities, and move items to storage locations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and material handling activities
• Transport materials to and from warehouse locations within a 10mile radius
• Load, unload, and secure cargo on a straight truck for transport using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring that all items are properly handled and securely fastened to the vehicle.
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies and procedures to maintain a safe driving record and prevent accidents or incidents.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles, checking for mechanical issues, ensuring proper functioning of all equipment, and reporting any problems or maintenance needs
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing and maintaining inventory
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of products as needed or in other areas

• High school diploma or GED required
• Maintain a valid class A or B CDL license with a clean driving record
• Safely drive a 32,000 lb. GVWR straight truck with a manual transmission
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack. Forklift training will be provided, but prior experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work in various types of weather
