    Entry-Level Human Resources Generalist at Battelle Energy Alliance dba Idaho National Labora in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to work on our HR Business Partners team.

    Our team works a 980 schedule located onsite at our Idaho Falls, ID facility with every other Friday off.

    We offer a comprehensive relocation package, if applicable Reporting to the HR Business Partner Manager, the HR Generalist provides customer service that meets a high standard of accuracy in the coordination and implementation of HR processes.

    You will be an important part of the HR team supporting INL organizations and partners with HR Partners and other colleagues in areas including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, inclusion and diversity, HR information systems, leadership and organizational development, legal, and payroll.


    Responsibilities Include:
    Implement HR-related policy and procedures that support and enable workforce solutions for INL to achieve mission outcomes. You are expected to build and use collaborative relationships with managers, staff, and employees in assigned organizations. Apply an understanding of HR theory to ensure appropriate guidance that optimizes workforce solutions while ensuring compliance. You will oversee accurate and efficient facilitation of HR-related processes, reports, and actions in HR information systems. As an important team member, seek opportunities for process improvement and provide input to enable those improvements. Help deliver HR services to meet strategic workforce needs. Provide direct oversight of the assigned organizations to meet strategic workforce needs. Coordinate with core HR service teams to provide cohesive, aligned support across the assigned organizations.

    Foster communication with the assigned organization customers and lead the implementation of HR support by managing the organizational assignments of HRBPs and Generalists.

    Implement institutional HR initiatives within assigned organization(s). Collaborate with peer organizations to interpret legal/compliance requirements to ensure risk mitigation and employee experience.

    Provide a high level of service for all HR functions whether personally performed or provided by a core area of HR&D.

    Support assigned organization's HR Business Partner(s) in the development of HR and talent management strategies that support outcomes of the organization.

    Provide counseling to employees and managers on routine HR processes and partner in the facilitation of solutions to complex people-related issues.
