This position is a full-time travel position.

Applicants should expect to be out of town up to 100% of the time, with weekends home at least once a month.

Our home office is in Manassas, VA where occasional meetings will take place.

Our work area includes the northeast US from North Carolina to Maine in the east and Tennessee to Michigan to the west, with occasional opportunities outside of that territory.

This position is not suitable for applicants with only welding experience. There are no welding duties in this position.

Specific job responsibilities will include: Working alongside a Foreman/Superintendent to execute daily tasks

General concrete repair (demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, finishing)
Operating power-tools (i.e rotary hammers, chipping hammers, hammer drills, etc.).
Post-tension repair
Rebar/post-tension installation and stressing
Independently traveling between projects.

Focused on safety in all situations and environments.
Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites.
Team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
Experienced construction field technicians / laborers
Advantageous if familiar with concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar.
Advantageous if familiar with the installation and/or stressing of post tensioning systems
Familiarity with new construction and existing buildings
Comfort with working at heights
The ability to read and speak English.
The ability to lift material up to 50lbs
Good handeye coordination & capable of standing for extended periods of time.
Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week.
Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth
