Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing a variety of coffee beverages.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Assist with food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Strong sales skills to upsell products and increase revenue
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
