Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Provide transportation and drive clients to appointments or activities
  • Implement behavior management strategies to support individuals' needs
  • Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences
  • Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
  • Engage in childcare duties as needed

Requirements:


  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related conditions
  • Proficiency in home care systems and procedures
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
  • First aid certification preferred
  • Competence in meal preparation and dietary restrictions
  • Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy

Job Type:
Part-time

$ $13.00 per hour
