JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Management Assistant/ Prefabrication is responsible for assisting with various tasks related to all aspects of the pre-fabrication and delivery process.

The Project Management Assistant/ Prefabrication will report directly to the Pre-Construction Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Input job drawings and fabrication packages into Share File system.
Build and maintain fabrication packages along tracking spreadsheets.
Help coordinate and track fabrication deliveries with project managers and field foreman.
Build and maintain preventative maintenance tracker/records for shop equipment.
Manage Share File access and set up permissions as needed.
Download, print, and manage project plans, specifications, etc.
Assist Project Managers and Field Employees with access to prefabrication tracking information and plans.
Process daily completed fabrication spools and update share file information.
Scan, File
Other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Construction industry experience is a strong plus.
Strong computer skills and experience with
Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Good written and verbal communication skills ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization.
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Organization and time management skills are critical multiple projects will be assigned at the same time; must prioritize tasks accordingly.
Basic accounting skills

Ability to understand/analyze project plans/specifications

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
