GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for being a service leader in the store by leading store team members to deliver a consistent brand

experience and provide excellent service to all customers. Contributes to the achievement of stores sales goals,

visual brand expectations and execution of store operations.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of customer service experience and supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to foster a team environment and create a positive working environment
  • Experience in training and directing others
  • Ability to take initiative in making decisions
  • Demonstrating ability to achieve goals
  • High School Degree or GED preferred.
Unique Requirements

  • Work varied hours/days as business dictates
  • Able to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • Able to operate computerized register system

  • General Store maintenance vacuuming, cleaning stores windows, counters and displays.

  • Ticketing of merchandise and markdown tagging.
