We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Truck Staff.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or pointofsale (POS) system
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
• Assist with bussing tables and keeping the dining area clean
• Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service

Skills:

• Culinary skills: Ability to prepare and cook food items to meet quality standards
• Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Cash handling: Experience with handling cash transactions accurately
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
